The agreement between you and Coursim when you use our service.
Acceptance
By creating an account or using Coursim, you agree to these Terms. If you are using Coursim on behalf of a school or district, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.
The Service
Coursim provides AI-assisted curriculum authoring, adaptive learning, and analytics tools to educators. We offer Free, Premium, and Enterprise tiers; features vary by tier.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you create on Coursim (courses, lessons, comments). You grant Coursim a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use your content to provide and improve the Service.
Acceptable use
You may not: use Coursim to harass, harm, or discriminate against any person; attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service; use Coursim to generate content that sexualizes minors, incites violence, or violates applicable law; share accounts across users.
Fees and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or annually. Annual plans are pro-rata refundable within the first 30 days. Monthly plans are non-refundable after the billing date.
Termination
You may terminate at any time by deleting your account. We may terminate for material breach of these Terms with 30 days' notice (or immediately for egregious abuse).
Warranties and liability
Coursim is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is capped at the amount you paid Coursim in the preceding 12 months.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, excluding its conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
